The purpose of these questions is to put some frame work around the topic of Fleet Management. There are a number of interpretations of just what Fleet Management is and how dealers market the concept. What we would like to explore is the interaction of repair data collected within the Dealer Business System via everyday service work order activity and the customer. How do you provide the information the customer wants or needs, in a presentation format that aids the customer in understanding the operational expenses associated with his fleet in order to make informed management decisions.
